Welcome to Ideal HCS
Ideal HCS is a program that provides community based services and support to eligible
individuals as an alternative to Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/MR). An individual may
receive services living in his/her home and living with family. Services may also be provided
to individuals living in group home where no more then four individuals may reside.
