A program that provides community based services and support to eligible individuals as an alternative to Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/MR). An individual may receive services living in his/her home and living in group homes where no more than four individuals may reside.
This service provides temporary relief or absence of the unpaid primary care givers. Respite services are provided both inside and outside of the home.
